HEO have really maximised the use of space in this little cottage in the middle of Cromer which was renovated for a friend to live in.
An extension under permitted development added a third to the ground floor footprint and moving the kitchen to the middle of the plan meant the sun to the mews at the front and the lovely garden to the rear are both accessible from the living spaces.
The use of local tradesmen and off the shelf materials kept costs down but careful design and detailing have meant the result is bespoke and quirky.
