heostudio enjoy meeting the challenge of new projects and delivering innovative and bespoke solutions to each design problem.  We have frequently been asked to work in conservation areas and on listed buildings where we like to propose a more radical intervention as a contrast to the existing fabric, an approach becoming more popular with conservation professionals and one to which our customised solutions are particularly suited.

In order to deliver an exemplary project, we try to ensure that delivery and cost control, both integral to the design solution, become part of the creative process. A close dialogue with our clients in both the domestic and commercial arenas has allowed us to deliver beautiful assignments, on time and withn the defined budgets.  Procurement is either by competitive selection in one or two stages, or by negotiating with a preferred contractor.  Repeat work is very important to us as a small practice and below are some of the comments our clients have made on completion of recent projects.

Oxford Street, Manchester.
"Heostudio proved superb at creating and executing exactly the cost-conscious, stylish, heritage-sensitive design solution we wanted. The challenge had utterly defeated two specialist office-fit out designers, but HEO rose to it beautifully. They were also a great pleasure to work with. We warmly recommend them.".

The Thin House, Kennington, London.
"just wanted to say many thanks for all your assistance, our house is just perfect for us and I imagine we will be happy here for a long long time".
